A lot of our Vessy Massage outcall customers are tourists or people travelling to London on business. So as a gift to them we thought we’d create a Tourist Tube Map of inner London. It’s a great way to get inspiration for places you might like to visit on your trip here and there rough locations.
The Tube Station names have been replaced with the names of:
Tourist Attractions (e.g. Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Abbey Road Studios)
Museums (e.g. Science Museum, Charles Dickens Museum)
Art Galleries (e.g. Tate Modern, Saatchi Gallery)
Shopping Destinations (e.g. Oxford Street, Westfield Shopping Centre, Bond Street)
Markets (e.g. Borough Market, Portobello Road)
Nightlife Destinations (e.g. Soho, Islington, Shoreditch)
Parks (e.g. St James’s Park, Regents Park)
Some Tube Stations have not been changed as they are already destinations in their own right (Leicester Square, Camden)
And some have not been changed because there is nothing there that is worth visiting. Sorry Barons Court.
There are also Wine Glass symbols to denote places with great night life, a Union Jack Shopping Bag symbol to denote places with great shopping or markets and a Tragedy/Comedy symbol to denote places with Theatres. At the bottom there is a small list of most of the free museums and galleries in London. Before visiting the locations on this map please do a little internet research to find out more about the destinations.
